I made a cootie catcher that the students must fold, write on, decorate, and play with. The students have to write "What/time/is/it?" in the 4 squares and numbers on the spots with the stars. The students play the game by choosing one of the words on the outside and the holder spells it out while manipulating the cootie catcher. Then the holder asks, "What time is it?" and the player answers "It's __ o'clock" and chooses one of the numbers on the cootie catcher. The holder manipulates the catcher one last time and asks what time is it and the player chooses a number and replies. Then the holder opens the catcher and "reads" the phrase inside (ex - it's time for bed). The player wins if she gets a picture with a candy and loses if she gets a picture with candy exed out. The students can also play against the teacher to win a piece of candy.

I'm doing an open class for this lesson, so I made a new video rather than use the old one made for a different lesson. Enjoy :)

Here is a simple Spongebob Game to reinforce units 1 and 2 for this Lesson.
Thanks to those who contributed the original template and to those whose pictures I may have recycled for this game.
Enjoy!

Some cool active games. The kids really love it!
Just adjust it for this lesson. The back to back game is really fun.
Enjoy!

This song's a bit fast but I've still had success with it for 4th grade and up. The higher level students can mostly keep up while the lower levels are still able to participate at least on the Chorus.
I'm attaching a slide show of the lyrics and a printout, too. Hope you like!
Here's a song and video I made for teaching about time and routines. Hope it helps!

Here is a PPT with different pictures of clocks (I tried to find cute ones to get my student's attention). It's good if your class needs extra practice. Also, here is a worksheet... not sure where I found it at.

Here is a ppt I modified from an open class we did last year. I wanted to teach the kids the difference between it is time for/to and they did pretty well with it. Also, there is an interview game at the end. I attached the interview worksheet I got from my co=teacher. Then the kids can talk about the info they found. They enjoy getting up and moving around

I love 4 corners games! Made this one (but not the template) for my students and they seemed to really like it. Enjoy!

Here's a good phonics video for 'l' and it also relates to time:
The attachment is just an adjusted game I found here on Waygook, I just changed made it a little brighter.
