A suggestion for site improvements

Hi all (especially Arsalan et al)

There seems to be 30 threads popping up everyday about newbies not being able to download.

I understand it's very easy to find the information about 5 posts , but a lot of folks are just too lazy (or just want to increase their post count).

Anyways, is it possible to issue a quiz on this as part of the registration process?  I know there's a quiz to weed out spammers, could information/questions be put in there, as well?  (This is as opposed to terms and conditions, which no one reads).

That's a hell of an idea.   

Then, if they still ask "how do I download" after the quiz we can just ban them!
