5th grade book: I was afraid this book might be too easy, but I’m surprised it’s actually pretty good.  Too much time spent on each chapter.
The videos on the CD are authentic.

There’s no 6th grade equivalent for this book.

I'm going to put in an opinion on the publisher itself here. I haven't reviewed this book, but, we use the 3rd and 4th grade books from this series at School #1. When they arrived there were CD problems and no teacher's guides. The publisher then printed and delivered replacements (including some very well thought out teacher's guides). You've got to respect their willingness to correct mistakes.

This one made the short list cut, however, I could not get the cd to work. As I wasn't using my POS computer, and in fact borrowing someone else's, I'm going to guess the problem was with the cd and not the computer.

My school uses a different version English book published by the same company.

It is an epic failure. Boring skits, poorly written "stories" and no true objective for the students.

Also annoying in that students use the stickers in the back to stick on each other. Half of the book is made up of flashcards.

My school is using this textbook for the 2012 school year. I have done some copy and past work for each character in this book. Its a bit blurry and not much but it helps the students review and recognize the characters. Here they are.

Here are some materials for lesson 6, When does the summer camp start? My co-teacher is teaching this simultaneously with lesson 5, so we are a little far ahead.
There's an intro worksheet and Powerpoint for the first class.
I took the Guess Whose Song game from somewhere else on this site, but edited it a little. Basically it just practices whose/yours/mine/etc.
And I made a Powerpoint for instructions for another game idea I also found elsewhere on this site.... The kids play in groups. Each student secretly draws 2 pictures, then they shuffle them together and spread them out on their desks. They have to take turns asking, "Is this your ____?" or "Is this Sang Hyeon's ______?". The students have to answer, "Yes, it's/they're mine." or "No, it's/they're not mine."

Teaching material for Mirae-En (이재관) 5th Grade textbook - Lesson 11 - 'What do you think?'
I'm not sure if this is the correct place to post this as Lesson 11 does not have it's own link. Moderator please help!

Attached is a Despicable Me 2 themed PPT that has 3 sections:

1. A short 'Hidden Picture' game.
2. A short key expression practice section (that could be used as a role play).
3. 'The Price is Right' Game.

This textbook does not have many people posting lesson plans/materials for it so hopefully this helps someone out.
