Here is a review document I created for the Daegyo book containing worksheets for Lessons 1-8 and lesson 13. We had to jump around the text book to ensure that all the necessary material was taught according to what MOE wanted.

Please read the worksheets first and make the changes to suit you where needed.

Here is a basic PPT with just the words they learned from every chapter and the sentences they should know.

Also attached is a Super Mario Bros Review Game for 6th Grade for Chapters 1-8. The template was previously posted by Patrick Teacher (I do not know this individual), and I added the content for this book and class. Feel free to edit to your standards. (I'm not sure why, but the answers only show up when I use the scrolling wheel when the PPT is full screen.)

Here's a word search and crossword that loosely covers lessons 1 to 8. It's a mix of vocabulary from the lessons, and a few other pertinent words that came up during some recent classes. Just white out my name before copying;)

I've tried to post a PowerPoint game here a couple of times, but each time it gets almost all-the-way posted, it stalls for what appears to be an eternity. Even for this site, I think it's abnormally slow. I'm talking 15-30 minutes for a 16,000kb PPt. Even on this slow work computer, it seems like it shouldn't take that long, so part of the reason I'm posting the wordsearch and crossword this time is to see if it takes as long with smaller files.

Attached two review games for Lessons 1-8 review.

The first is a reading nunchi game where the kids get into 4 groups, you set out 4 chairs, and they sit after they say a word/words of a certain color. Students that speak at the same time sit down and another group member takes their spot, or if a student is the last of the 4 they are replaced.

The second game is a Spongebob Bomb review Game, you also gotta download the font Curse Casual (attached).

Get shiny.

We have a test coming up for lessons 9-12 so I made a Gangnam style bomb game.

In the original download and also BlinkerOn's version I couldn't get the sound to work. So I removed the sound and re-inserted .wav files so now it works ok on several computers. However, you need to keep the wav files in the same folder as the ppt file for it to work.

Thank you so much for this ppt. It was great! I was requested to find something for the mid-term test and I couldn't find one with the right chapters for me. However, there is some minor problems with the ppt. The letter K and N I believe dont go to the main score board. The hyperlink is missed up or whatever that connection is. I would fix it but I am useless since I dont know how. Hope this helps you in the future. Thanks again for all your hard work.

Here's a Wall-E review using the story from the movie to practice all the key expressions from lessons 1-8. Throughout the ppt there are video icons that appear that hyperlink to corresponding clips from the movie. Some of the key expressions are a bit of a stretch, but my kids and co-teachers really liked it.

First semester review game.
