I made a lesson plan covering this topic.

If you want to skip expletives, jump to Slide 10.  Otherwise start at Slide 1.

For fun and amusement, put your own picture in slide 19.  Put your Korean co-teacher's picture in too, if you want to get fired.

You may have some difficulty explaining the game at the end to the co-teacher.  Mine insisted it was a bad idea because the kids didn't know all the celebrities.  If that happens, you'll have to remind them that the lesson is about appearances, not that "X is a soccer player and Y is a politician".
Also slide 2 assumes that you borrowed the halloween lesson plan from four footprints ESL http://fourfootprints.com/2011/10/esl-lesson-halloween-middle-school/

Your mileage may vary, good luck.

Hey guys

I spent quite some time making this "Guess Who" game to play at the end of this lesson as a review. It worked really well for my classes.

I'm sure you all know how "Guess Who" works, so I'll just explain how the powerpoint works:

You can eliminate characters by clicking on their pictures.
Once students guess the correct character, you should eliminate all remaining characters, and click on the name of the remaining correct character on the right hand side of the screen to have the victory sequence play out.
Then, you can click on the little monkey in the top left corner to reset the whole thing for the next round.

How I play it (Though I think I may refine it a bit):

Students are split into groups.
Random group starts (rock paper scissors)
They ask me a yes/no question (usually "Is it a boy/girl?" to wattle down the field quickly)
If I say YES, then they have an opportunity to guess which character it is by saying "I think its ________!" if I say NO, they don't get that opportunity.
Then the next group gets to ask a question.
This continues until we have a winner. Rinse. Repeat.
If a team gets it right on the first go they get 10 points, else they get 5.

Lesson 11 Part B
What does it look like?

I used Pokemon, because they come in many shapes and sizes.
For the group drawing activity, I printed off colour images from:
http://pokemondungeon.net/gallery/index.php

My A class were really good, and didn't cheat (Spoke only English and refused to show the picture to the drawer.)
My C class, I made them draw the picture on the blackboard and the whole class gave the drawer hints (This way we could monitor the students English)

The new vocabulary slide is really basic
You can add way more to it. I got the A class students to give me more adjectives to describe the Pokemon.

Part 1 and 2
I added the Dove evolution video for fun. Found it quite easily on You tube.
Attached is the worksheet for part 1.
