Here's a lucky wheel review for chapter 2. I used the vocabulary list posted here (20 items, 20 questions in the game). Does not work with Powerpoint 2010, until you enable macros (I'm not sure how to do that though).
There are similar games for Chapter 2 of Grades 1 and 3 as well.
Slide 4 is blank, LEAVE IT THAT WAY. It might screw up the links if you don't.
NOTE: fixed a small spelling mistake.

A great game to practice "Have you ever..." Just need to prepare some fake money (I gave my students $5 each). If you have a very low class, you can make them play in teams, and have one volunteer come up to the front each time. I've played this with different levels and it always lasts 20+ minutes. High level students can play for an entire class.

Hi guys, I used a form of the game Never had I ever, to teach the term, "Have You Ever." I had the students sit in a circle with one student in the middle. The student in the middle needs to ask a "Have You Ever..." question and those students who answer "Yes, I have," must run to the opposite side of the circle to find another seat. The students have a blast and really enjoy the game. Prior to playing the game, I spent twenty minutes doing a quick mini-review of past participle verbs. Most students should have learned about PP verbs before, but the concept is still very confusing to them.
I attached my PPT that I modified from a few people to fit my agenda. I also attached a shortened Past Participle worksheet that I made myself. I hope this helps anybody that is stumped looking for material. Many thanks to those people whose powerpoint slides I stole. You guys keep me motivated with hope. Thank you!

Q. What would you like + 동사 (verb)? (eat, do, see, ect)
A. I would like to +동사원형 ~ 하고 싶다.
Lesson 2 part A is about the past using past participle verbs. Lesson 2 part B is about the future using "would like to + verb"

Here's what I've put together for the first part of this unit, "Have you Ever?". It's light on grammar (which we worked on last week using a lesson I downloaded from
http://www.cocoinkorea.com/teacher-materials/
and which their korean teacher is also drumming into them) but it's kinda fun.
The powerpoint is just a combination of slides I stole from other people's stuff on here - so feel free to make your own instead. I had wanted to also introduce some vocabulary in this lesson, but the speaking activity (Find Someone Who) took a lot longer than I'd expected so we'll be doing vocab next week.

Here's another listening activity and cloze worksheet for this unit, using the Brandy song, "have you ever?" it provides some practice for past participle verbs.
here's a link to the music video:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UrNb397wS-A
and here's a link to the song with lyrics, which I plan to use to let the students self-check:

Thanks, Meaghan! Your lesson was great. My students need a lot of support, so I modified/added and am re-posting what I'll be using. Thanks to others whose ppt slides have made the transition from their original to Meaghan's lesson and then to mine. I appreciate the collaboration.
-Ppt covering "Have you ever...," present perfect, and past participles.
-Worksheet to accompany the ppt/take notes
-Lyrics for "Have You Ever"

Hey all. This is a worksheet I made. Someone previously recommended using this song on
http://genkienglish.net/haveyouever.htm
to teach the phrase "have you ever...". In the song, you can use the computer and click the action they sing. However, I teach in front of students who don't get to individually use the computer, so I made this worksheet. They can listen to the song, and circle the action (2 pages). For higher level students, remove the pictures and just have them read.
Enjoy!
I also just added the higher-lever version of just the words and no pictures. The lower-level says "red" in the attachment name

FOR THE EXPERIENCE LESSON
STUDENTS MAKE A TABLE ON THE BACK OF THEIR PAPER: Yes I have / No I havent. While going through the ppt (we only made it through like 12 slides because of time), if they HAVE had the experience they put it under YES, if they HAVENT had the experience they write it under NO.
After that, they choose any 9 activities and write them in the bingo grid, then they ask their friends the questions, play rock paper scissors for a yes or no answer and mark the square only if they got a yes answer. I also make my students only ask one question to one friend so they mingle lots.
FOR THE "WHAT WOULD YOU LIKE TO ...?"
for the activity, my coteacher prepared a worksheet the students filled in with their conversations, then cut out each portion of. They used those cards to do the activities listed on the last slide of the ppt.
