Here is an Agree/Disagree Ladder Game I put together for students to get talking in pairs. If any groups finish early, I have them add more ladder rings and play again. If you don't use Publisher, there is a PDF option, too.
Basic Rules:
Work in pairs.
Make ladders. My students use all sorts of rings (straight, slanted, curly, reverse).
Take turns speaking A and B.
Fill in the blank with words in the box.
A: I think ________________. What do you think?
B: I agree / dont agree with you. _(why not?)_.
Keep score! The students speaking A will get the points each round.
My students enjoyed it. I hope yours do, too!

PPT presentation, a worksheet and a game. It's self explanatory I think?

This is essentially the same as Grade One Lesson 5 except using slightly different language.
The activity is a battleship game - except this time instead of having the students draw in their own boats, I did it for them. That really smoothed things over.
Also I'm gonna include what I did with my high school students this week, might actually be better. Each slide includes a supposed fact. The students have to decide if its true or not. Each team uses the language to express whether or not they agree with the fact. Teams that are correct get points. I learned some interesting facts making this lesson.

Here is my PPT for Lesson 7: "Did you find it ____ ?"
I think it's all pretty self explanatory, also there are a few notes within the PPT but just to be clear...
For the "adjective game" I split my class into 3 teams. I started with an adjective- 'interesting'. The next team must write another adjective that starts with the last letter of my word. So they will write an adjective starting with a 'g'. Each team gets a point for every letter in their word. Example: difficult=9pts. I did 3 to 4 rounds of this before moving on to practicing the key expression.
We also played battleship and my girls actually really liked it and used English the entire time!
If there was any extra time I'd have students pair up and play tic-tac-toe with a partner.
