I took the supplementary listening questions from chapters 1-3 (provided on the CD; not my questions) and formatted them to fit a double-sided sheet of paper.

I am attaching the Midterm Review for Grade 3 (Lessons 1-3).

Part 1:
Worksheet (this takes about 10-15 mins). This is actually a PPT so just print that out.
Review Answers on PPT

Part 2:
Mario Bomb Game

Kids really liked this lesson and were competitive. I heavily borrowed from some other posters on here and changed some questions around for my class. Thank you for your contributions  ;D

Here is my modified version of the Grade 3 Finals Review (4-6) PPT I made last year. Much improved with lots of questions from the textbook, etc.

I divide the class in teams and have them write their answers on their individual whiteboards. The PPT should last the whole class, but if not let them self-study or show a movie with time left over.

Enjoy!

Here is a REVIEW bomb game using the phrases that I taught my grade threes during the second part of the semester.

Students make a team of 4.
To start, I choose a random team to pick the first number.
All groups check out the question, and prepare a verbal answer.
When the team is ready, ONE student stands up so I can see they are ready.
When all teams are ready, I randomly choose a team to answer (I have team names in a cup that I pull from).
If they answer correctly (can be with help/support from their team), they get points and they get to choose the next question.
A different student from each team stands for each round.

It's a good time!  It promotes team work and keeps things moving with all the up and down out of their chairs.

I just made a Mario Bomb game for Lessons 4-6. My students enjoy this game the most. It's only from the speak out section.

Template was borrowed from someone else (sorry I can't remember who).
