Here is my PPT with two lessons worth plus a document with lesson plans to accompany each lesson.
The worksheet is from another Waygooker.
The bomb game is also from another Waygooker but I edited it to make it simpler.

Here is a review game using the Annoying Orange template that can be found on here.
The questions are actually from lesson 4 and lesson 5. I hope this is helpful to you. It take about 20-25 mins so plan something to augment the lesson.
