Ladders and Slides board game.

Students can play this game in teams of 2 or 3.

Materials needed:
Board games (printed & laminated)
Dice
Game pieces (I borrow the game pieces from another board game or they can use their own erasers)

How to play:
Students take turns rolling the dice.  They must move up the board accordingly. Once they land on a square, they must say the sentence. Some sentences are more difficult, so they have to fill in the missing word. If they land on a ladder, they can go up.  If they land on a slide, they have to go down.  First player to get to "FINISH" is the winner.

Word scramble.  I use mini whiteboards and make them write the words or sentences.  It's like a race.
