Here is a review game for Lessons 1-3.

This is the Yu-Gi-Oh template I got from here and it's soooooooo much fun. My kids love it! I made 2 rounds to last an entire period.
Download Dropbox to get 2gb worth of free space.

 ;)
These files were harvested from last year's conversation line.

If using these make sure you try them all out first so that you find any errors or omissions that may be in them.  I haven't reviewed every single one yet, and there is always the possibility that one of the questions is something like "Where did David-Teacher go on vacation?" So keep your eyes out for things like that, but here are some of the projects (without instructions or experience listed, so think before you present!) that others have created for this lesson for this book in the past ~ and remember, these are all creative projects that can be bent and shaped more to your classes and to your liking, so dive in and craft, or enjoy that others already have, or a little of both.

But enjoy none-the-less.

Cheers,
Jimmer

My school's 2nd semester mid-term only included lessons 7-8.  So here's a SpongeBob review covering those chapters.  Thanks to the other review posters as I have borrowed some of your questions ;)
