Here is a bomb game I've used with my 3rd Graders.  They really enjoy it.  It covers chapters 6, 7 and 8.  I've included just the questions in a word document if you want to make a game in a different format.

Here is a spinning wheel game for Lessons 1-3 modified from a waygook template. There is one slide that has a picture of me that you should change. Hope this helps.

Thought I'd upload my review for lessons 4-5. It's a spin on a bomb game (I actually modified it from the waygook template!) - I have one of those sticky balls that will stick to my whiteboard if you throw it. Each group picks a question; if they get it correct, they choose one person to throw the ball at a dart board I've drawn on the board with various points (10 for the biggest area, 30, then 50 if it's a bull's eye; I may do a -10 points if they miss the target altogether). I'm going to use electric tape to make two places for them to stand - one is realistic, and the other is in the back of the room (for double the points).
Even if you don't use the same scoring method, I think this will be a nice break from the PPT heavy review games. My students are really energetic so they'll like being able to throw something around!
