Grade 5 Lesson 3 What are you good at? (Mirae-en)

This is a game for period one, practicing 'What club are you in?' and 'What are you good at?'
Print out the club sweaters and stick them on a wall in the classroom with ample space in between for students to move around.
Students choose a club and stand in a rows underneath the pictures.
Ring a bell or use something to get their attention. Students look a the PPT and and say the question.
Teachers say the answer. Any students in the club mentioned is OUT and must take a seat.
Play until the end of the PPT or until there are only a handful of students left.
Shuffle the slides around to make another PPT for round 2.
This game could result in some craziness, but lots of fun.

My students enjoyed drawing a comic using the main expressions.

Thanks, the comic idea and especially the presentation for it are excellent! Great way for kids to get writing the expressions.

For a review of lessons 1-3, if you want to skip the second game in the review section, I did class game where everyone had a day and a subject tapped to their back. They walk around the class dong rock paper scissors with whoever. If they win, they get to guess what day and what class they have.
The loser says "What day is it?"
The winner says," It's __(day)__. I have __(class)___."
If they guess their day and class, they can get a point.
If there's time, you can change their day and class tag on their back for a new one.
