Lesson 2 - My Toys
I used this Gogo video for lesson 2, it's about 'How many are there?', and a Mario game. Both files are compressed.

Lesson 2: My
Family
These materials don't use exactly the same family vocab. that's in the book (e.g. son/daughter) because my students hadn't done book 1 yet (with brother/sister etc.)
I found it easier to explain son/daughter, grandson/grandson etc, by drawing a family tree on the whiteboard and then explaining.
Anyway, I think these materials are still ok for the rest of the lesson (e.g. 'where's your uncle?' 'he's in the bank'.)
- Family member PPTs
- Family tree template
- Tic tac toe game - Ss play in pairs and must make sentence (e.g. my sister is in the bank) to write x/o.
- Buildings vocab. PPT
- Pass the ball PPT game
- Angry birds PPT game
- Gogo video (She's my mother; compressed file)

Move your body
- PPTs of vocabulary in the book (animated)
- Grid/Bomb PPT game
- Gogo video (I can swim)

Here is a shopping lesson along with a game I got off here, but modified for the vocab in the book. The book is Our Discovery Island.
I don't think the ppt. posted, only the game, so here it is!

Here is a description of some occupations, followed with a game. I lead into this lesson with Peter Weatherall's song, "People in my town".

Thanks for all the resources
Lizzy
, it's very useful.
I'll put up some stuff I've made/used for book 1 and 2 once I tidy them up a bit.
Also, if anyone is doing
Book 2, Chapter: My Toys
I found the following link to a toys lesson that has some really fun craft toys that can be made and printed out on card (You could print them B& W and have the kids color them in if you don't have access to a color printer).

I'll be starting to develop some supplementary material for Level 4. Thanks for posting these. Some helpful ideas for what I can expand on.
