Hey, I just spent some time taking pictures of all of the new flashcards in the new books.

You could probably just use the old ones...but now there are new ones in case you're really into being accurate!

These are good for fillers (to hand in something), I guess...if you principal requires you to write lesson plans for everything, even if it is teaching out of the book.  Basically this is just to satisfy his power craving to make me write this crap out, even if it isn't what I will be teaching.  I am sure some others are in the same boat. This is good through the end of April and all of March.

So, my school asked me for this for their meeting with the superintendent. It's mostly from the outlines at the beginning of each chapter, but I also skimmed through the lessons for target language that students should be learning.

Hope this helps ease the pain of anyone else who needs this in the future.

Thanks for all the posters! Glad I can contribute...ya never really know what someone else can use.

Here is a role play speaking assessment I made for my first semester.  It probably needs some tweaking, but its a good start.

I have my students practice the role play with a partner on review day and then they recite for me on assessment day for a speaking grade

Here are the vocabulary words for lessons 1-8 in English and Korean. I find them very useful for vocabulary quizzes, etc.

MOD: I don't know where to put this, so please move if you would like! :)

A few people messaged me and said they didn't have access to the CD for their classes. I made a power point so they would have access to all the .img files on the CD (to help with PPTs, etc.)
This is for Lessons 1~5. I'll be finished the second CD soon and post that up :)

[Mod - It's good here.]

Thanks, SuprD3vil!! These are really helpful! Now if only we can get out of doing these stories altogether...oh well, it's not as bad as 6th grade's washing machine story time...lol...

Seriously appreciate the material in this thread! If you run out of game ideas, I found that my kids love charades and pictionary with teams...And despise hangman (too easy).

Where's the list for review lessons, i.e 1-4, 1-8 ?

[mod: PM sent. You can find the review materials at the bottom of the first post in the grade 5 index, or here: http://waygook.org/index.php/topic,1236.0.html ]
