Pass the Banana Phone Game

I found this game here, changed the language to reflect the textbook and fixed it up (added slides and sound files, changed images). Props to the original uploader.

Students pass the banana phones (I bought two plastic bananas from Daiso for 1000 won each) to music. When the music stops, students holding the bananas practice the dialog onscreen. Mark the bananas A and B to predetermine student roles and save time.

Please doublecheck the files before using to make sure everything works after editing on both Mac and Windows long with the *.pptx to *.ppt conversion.

I have to do my open class with the 'minister of education' in attendance to this chapter. This is my least favorite book and most difficult to navigate. I'm thinking about doing an activity where the students plan a trip on the phone with a travel agent.  Any tips or other ideas would be great. I need to incorporate phone convo, seasons, transportation and travel into one class.

PPT to use with pages 140-141 of the book. I hope it helps someone else who is stuck with this nightmare of a text!
