I borrowed some ideas from this thread:
http://www.waygook.org/index.php/topic,4861.0.htmlAlso, my usual co-teacher is gone for 3 weeks so I produced the material for the first lesson somewhat last-minute.
First class: I introduced the new vocab using Introductory PPT, had them fill in Korean translations on worksheet, played video, had students complete worksheet with favorite things and draw them.
Second class: Review of Always, sometimes, never, usually. Watch video from CD, discuss the difference between the different vocab words. As the class what they do after school. Finally, hand out "Survey" worksheets. Kids have to ask each other what they do after school, and fill the names of other students in boxes (hopefully makes more sense when you look at it). Also included a worksheet if time allows. Plan on using board game in a future lesson.
