This is a general lesson for teaching the basic phrases of ordering food in a restaurant. I used it to supplement/replace my textbook with my older grade 3 students. The lessons went well, though the role play activity needs a little prep with printing and cutting the menus.
The PowerPoint is a visual aid of pictures (waiter, flow of ordering dialogue, coffee, steak). The PPT's last slide is a demonstration of how to do the paired role play.
The Excel file is the menu handout for the role play. My classes are big, so I crammed six per page. Every student gets one menu and chooses their food. Then in pairs, students take each others' orders using the dialogue and checking the other side of the menu handout. I found my students are more willing to talk if I ask them what their partners wants to eat rather than themselves.
The Word file is just my own lesson plan and some notes, but it may help. Good luck!
