Don't know if it's too late for other people, but this is what I'm doing.
I don't actually use the book - this is a self-contained 45min lesson covering "I have to... and He/She has to...", teaching some household chores vocabulary along the way.
I use a few non-standard fonts so some slides might need editing if you don't have it and it looks odd. I think the sounds are embedded, but I've attached them just in case.
