High school amusement park camp - looking for inspiration
« on: January 22, 2013, 01:25:04 PM »
I'm in the midst of planning a large project-based camp around designing an amusement park.

A couple of the topics I'm struggling to come up with ideas for are: ticket buying and park help desk. I was hoping to get some ideas on small activities we can do to present and practice these items before the groups make dialogues and FAQ write-ups for their personal camps' final project.

So far I have:
For ticket buying we'll do a brainstorm type activity to think of what information park guests need to know on their ticket.

For help desk, on different day, we'll again do a brainstorm of what kind of problems there might be in the park (lost child, injury etc), and how to solve them.

I appreciate any thoughts you can share to help me create something for these two elements of the project!
