Here's a review game using the SpongeBob template for lessons 7-8.  I added a couple of riddles in to fill it out as well.  Apologies that this review does not include chapter 9 but my school did not cover that chapter for the midterm.

Also, this game will probably not fill 45 minutes without something else added in.  When I played this game, I gave the students a chance to throw a ball at a velcro dart board after each question for extra points.  Thanks to Kyle for the great template.
