This is a thread for any lesson material for Ji Hak Sa Middle School English 1 Lesson 8: What's the Weather Like? Please share your contributions here. here's a simple ppt covering 1st part of lesson 8 & a worksheet. From weather to "no problem/ I don't get it"...I don't get it!

Here is a copy of my ppt and worksheet for Chapter 8, Listen and Speak 1.

I only had one class that got to the "Random Acts of Kindness" part. (I did this part of the chapter 2nd, so we did the conversation page [186] as well.)

I also started the class with why does my slide say "Nice to See You" and not "Nice to Meet You".

This is a bomb game I made to review lessons 6, 7, and 8.

You might want to change the names of the "enemies." My students had a blast picking what they would like to do to their fellow students. I found it funny that out of 6 classes they all seem to choose the same actions and so that resulted in a lot of minus pts and nuclear bombs.

There's also a Sleeping Elephant game or the Listening and Speaking portion of the textbook.
