Yippee! Last lesson in this book!
This is what I've got for part 1...why?/because...
I ask them what they don't like and write their responses on the board.
Then, with the PPT, I go through 3 things I don't like, practising Why...? and Because
Once we're done with the PPT, I look at the things they don't like, written on the board. Go through them and ask: "Why don't you like ...?" and volunteers answer: "Because..."
Then do the book..
Then The Monkey Game (adapted from Waygook): I only did the speed game part for this class, not the writing a sentence part, so they can't choose B, D, F, I etc. One member of each team stand up, and we see who can say the sentence first. I have 6 teams of 6. Because it's hard to make out who is first when there are so many, I have my CT listen to 3, and I listen to the other 3, to see who is first.
