I was using Mr. Bean episodes last semester as class warm ups and they were a big hit. I would play 3-4 minutes of an episode and occasionally pause it to ask them questions in English.
It was great because I could use the same video for grades 4-6. All I would have to do is change the difficulty of the questions I was asking.
The problem now is that I have shown my kids TOO much Mr. Bean. Does anyone know of any other good TV shows or cartoons where the characters don't speak? My students are very low level and anything with too much dialogue scares them. They loved Mr. Bean because they could understand the storyline without having to be fluent in English.

A lot of the Pixar shorts have very little English, and they're all on youtube.

I downloaded a bunch of Pixar 'shorts.' You can get them via torrent on isohunt, etc.
Just search "Pixar Short."
Some of them have talking... Some don't...
Here is the one my students liked the most.
