I've gotten some emails asking about other ideas for teaching grade 1 & 2 and materials from new teachers.

There are some really good ideas, activities and materials in the Grade 1 & 2 Summer camp thread, which should get you onto some good footing for a couple weeks while you work out your curriculum.
