I guess I'll start this lesson off.

My lesson is about asking opinions using the target dialogue:
"How do you like...?"
"I like/don't..."
"Why/Why not?"
"Because..."

Starts with a tongue twister followed by a review of my last class.
Then we talk about Korea to get material for the dialogue.
Then explain about opinions and look at the dialogue.
Practice dialogue together then in pairs.
Finally, they practice with friends and fill in the worksheet.

My girls are obsessed with minions (from despicable me) so there is a minion type theme.
You'll need to cut the worksheet into 3.

Hope this can give you guys some ideas.

Enjoy

Modified: Added more slides to ppt for class to last longer and provide more discussion points)

Here's my second part of the lesson.

Was having trouble coming up with some ideas for "I can't believe it!"

Starts with an Ink Blot Test that I found on another thread. (More pics added instead of using 2 ppts)
Reviews last lesson.
Introduces key statement.
Practice with some fun facts. (More facts added)
Then SS create their own dialogues and perform. (added a list of facts that students can use to practice with; as well as educate them).

For the second half of the chapter: "I can't believe it." I do the work from the textbook, then we did a quiz. I have teams in my class, in each team they have a whiteboard. They look at the picture and have to decide whether it's true or false.

If it's true, they write: I can't believe it.
If it's false, they write: I don't believe it.

They really loved it because it was competitive.

Easy music lesson for Pt. 2. Students listen and watch the music videos then write their opinions.

The last music video is "Starboy" by The Weeknd, which your CTs may not approve because of the cursing. I included it but decided not to play it for my students. Also, the 2nd slide was for an exam question my CT wanted me to include so you can delete that as well.
