Pt1

PPT is easy to follow. The practice section, B has to choose the appropriate response .

Worksheet for extra practice if needed. There weren't enough expressions so I added new ones ( he is sick, and he is sleeping).

I chose to go with 7 up. Each slip of paper has a name on it. Give 5 students a piece of paper. Let them put in on another persons desk. The person who recieved the paper will choose who he thinks gave them the paper by using the key expression. So it goes

Hey (student name), May I speak to Mr. Smith?

If it's the correct guess, they say sure

If it's wrong, they use one of the expressions they learned (he is out for lunch, in a meeting etc)

You award correct guesses however you wish.
