Speaking Test
« on: April 07, 2011, 08:52:49 AM »
This is a bit random but I need to take all my middle school classes for speaking tests. This is a rubric that I set out to grade them, I think its ok but if anyone has advice its more than welcome.

i am also supposed to create questions for my middle school students (all three grades) apparently i am to make only one question from each of the 3 to 4 chapters that will be covered by the time the test is given. how in the world are you supposed to judge them based on one question (well 3 to 4 total)? i think it is silly. however, i have yet to get any official guideline so maybe dynamic korea will show itself again and change this stupid thing?

Dude with me Im just going through a Dialog. I created a general dialog for each grade together with key phrases that my grades should know. Hope it helps. Im also pretty lost with the whole test thing.

Thank you for posting this!! I am thinking of using rubrics as a guide for helping improve the speech of my 6th/5th grade afterschool students. (only 5 of them)

I really hope this will motivate them to speak more confidently.
