Here is a PPT for new vocab, can be used for section 1 or 2. They were amused by the flashing pictures.

It includes a link to this song "Do you like broccoli ice cream?" 
 They loved the song, and wanted me to play it a second and even third time. (I played it twice and we sang along)

Alsoooo, here's a modified Heads up 7up game, credit to the original template creator. (Warning, Korean co or home-room teacher will need to help explain this. When they understand, it works really well with the lesson)

I made a Korean version of the PPT explaining the game, since the concept was hard for my students when explained only in English.

I instructed the Ss to point to the food as they listened to the song.
Instead they took it upon themselves to make a circle on the food that was "liked" & drew an "x" on the foods that were "disliked" as they listened to the song.
This was such a nice twist to the original plan.

3-4 Role play script with disappearing dialogue - try to get them to RP with no paper scripts using this!

Bingo - Phonics

We did this Bingo game during Lesson 3 and just taught them Cc and Jj in order to play, but placing it here as a filler / practice activity after students learn Cc and Jj.

Call out the sounds instead of the letter names.

L1: Bb, Nn
L2: Dd, Pp
L3: Mm, Ss
L4: Cc, Jj
