Looks like I'm the first to put up a lesson plan. Oh what fun.

I made this ppt after looking at several others on this site so there is a little bit of this and that in it, I can't claim all credits for sure.

I tried to tailor it to the script formula in the book.
I hope you find it useful :)

(make sure you change my name to yours if you use it...)

Listen and Talk #2 - Some Water, Please

I found this lesson plan on waygook, not sure who to give the credit to though. I made a slight change to include another saying from the book in it. Enjoy!

Here is a powerpoint I revised for a picture reveal game. It is similar to the some of the slides in the Bomb ppt that was posted.

I can't  find your ppt....i want to share with you...
how can I see your ppt?

You need to have 5 posts before you can download anything. So make 4 more posts around the boards and then you can get the lessons :)

I had to come up with three lessons for this unit so my class will do a mini project for "Some water, Please."

In groups of 2-3, each team must create a restaurant. On a piece of paper they must include the restaurant name, slogan, 3 food items, 2 drink items, and prices. They then have to do a brief presentation/sales pitch to the class.

Next, students have an opportunity to order at their friends restaurants using monopoly money (depending on time, you could have students create cut outs of food to give to customers). The restaurant the gets the most money wins.

Encourage using proper terminology - I plan to take away money from teams I catch ordering in Korean.

::) Here is a unit review powerpoint for unit 6; it reviews the "have you ever" construction as well as forming participles for the present perfect tense. It's a monster of a powerpoint; it should only be presented after the students have had some exposure to the concepts already. It's also very bare, so make sure you supplement games to break up the massive amount of information.
