Baskin Robbins game for Period 3. Make small groups of 3-4 and do rocks, paper, scissors. Each student reads 1, 2, or 3 words starting at 1 and continuing towards 31. The student who has to read 31 is out. Play until 1 student remains.

OR

You can have the student who's supposed to be out just have -1 and continue to play. The student with the most points is the winner. That way, every student plays for the entire time.

thanks for this baskin robbins game. i edited it to include pictures.

Thanks for the great materials, everyone!  Free praise because my contribution is pretty lightweight this time.

Basically, you all know about PPAP, right?
Short version, featuring the target expression "I have a ...": https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d9TpRfDdyU0

Long version, includes a bit of lesson 4 review : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2j260L6v6ps

Sorry-not-sorry if you didn't (know before).  Assert your opinion over here: http://www.waygook.org/index.php?topic=101094.0
Missing a font for my materials?  Try these:
- Handfish Suite by Paul (http://www.waygook.org/index.php?topic=9060.0)
- Century Gothic, Segoe Print, & Berlin Sans FB (print-style sans serif, packaged with MS Office)

Attaching the RPS game that was posted earlier, but I edited the PPT to have explanation slides for the students. I found this game a tad bit hard to explain simply without help from my CT, so I thought this might make is easier. Haven't tested it out yet, but I thought I'd share anyways. Excuse my poor PPT design.

This PPT was given to me by a friend. All of the students know the song already so they get super excited.

1. Edited above find number game - changed to symbols. hid symbols around the room

2. Flick reading speaking game
we played in however many groups - i had tables of 5 go FFA - once you flick, you read the word or make a sentence, what ever you want and then color in the box. different boxes have different point values. add up your colored boxes in the end.

I tweaked a PPT, "I have a color" game to include instructions as well as sentences for each slide. I'm teaching this lesson to a lower-level class on Monday. The visuals tend to help with this, especially when my CT is not around!!

Just an intro powerpoint I made.  Covers the new words and key expressions (Do you have..., I have..., Yes I do, No I don't).

Includes a basic 4-corners game ( I drew numbers out of a hat to eliminate corners).

Pretty basic but works well for intro or review.

I made a Sleeping Elephants game using a template I found on Waygook.

Sorry I cannot remember where I found the original template from... ㅠㅠ

Drawing relay (edited from someone's post on another lesson)

Reading Scavenger Relay is something I made for the read and write section. I color-coded the word cards so each team had a color. Then I hid the word strips around the room (while the kids were distracted). Each team had a set of picture on the board. So they had to first find the words and then match them to their team's pictures. The first team to find and match all their word strips was the winner. (They're not allowed to touch any word strips that are not their team's color).

The 4 Lines Game is just a variation of 4 Corners. For those who don't have a classroom where you can easily play 4 Corners, just change it into 4 lines. This PPT is specific to my classroom layout, but it's adaptable. Enjoy!

Lesson 1 - BINGO game.  Teacher says, "I have a (color) (object)."  Example:  I have a blue pencil, I have a green crayon.  Then ask the students, Do you have a ____?  If they have it on their BINGO card, they say, "Yes, I do!"  If they don't, they say "No, I don't."  I usually laminate these cards so we can play multiple games.  There are 10 BINGO cards attached.

Lesson 2 - Mill Activity/Game.  Students each get half a page with a table on it.  There should be a line for each student.  Each student will have 2 objects (a brush and a crayon, for example).  This will be illustrated on their card by 2 O's under the brush column and crayon column.  There will be 4 X's for the other objects.  (This will be in the row with their name).  The goal of the game is to find out what 2 objects the other students have.  They walk around the classroom and find someone and play rock, paper, scissors.  The winner asks, "Do you have a ____?" and the loser responds.  If they do have it, the student will put an O and if they don't they will put an X. The winner can ask 2 questions before they move on.   I'm planning on just printing enough cards for my class and then writing in manually the X's and O's for each student (for the 2 objects that they have).  Or you can have them pick 2 objects themselves.

For the third period, I did a "What's in your pencil case?" Game. The kids had a great time! It was a way for them to show off their school supplies, work as a team, and practice spelling.  8)

K-Pop bomb game: https://ufile.io/k4r42

Putting a link to a ppt that could easily be placed on this site is just weird. Against my better judgement, I followed the link, and that ufile site was so odd I did not even attempt to download the file. It was like, "slow download for free or fast download for money," 그 너무 미친 자리 이상해요.

Sue me for putting it where anyone can download it rather than subscribers only
