We're going to need more details to give specific advice. What grammar topics are you covering? What age are the students?

Sleeping Elephants is a popular game with my students. It's good for reviewing sentence structure and order. Most games where you would practice identifying words can be adapted to identifying correct sentences or mistakes in sentences.

There's a book called "Painless Grammar" that you could pick up at What the Book. There are some good ideas in there for learning grammar. Maybe you'll find something to try with your students.

Here is a list of inexpensive-but-very-useful books for grammar games. With the exception of Shenanigames, all of these books have saved me at some point during the semester:

Grammar Games - Contains Grammar Monopoly, Grammar Checkers, Grammar Auctions, and Grammar Snakes and Ladders

Fun with Grammar - Several hundreds of pages of grammar games that involve writing, listening, and speaking. Also includes several board games that you can just print out on the fly whenever you're in a rut.

Shenanigames- Great cut-outs for memorization activities. Be forewarned that you may need to do a bit of pre-teaching with this book as there will be many words that the students don't know.

Five-Minute Activities -Does a great job with reinforcing some grammar, although grammar isn't the emphasis here.

Recipes for Tired Teachers-Again, great for reinforcement but not necessarily emphasizing grammar rules per se.

Grammar Practice Activities-Penny Ur is the absolute QUEEN of grammar. Follow this woman's work like there's no tomorrow! You'll thank me later!

Hope this helps!
