Looking for Adventure Time Subtitles
« on: September 23, 2014, 10:53:47 AM »
I seem to have misplaced my Adventure Time subtitles. I have checked Gom and Opensubs with no success. There used to be a Daum blog with the subtitles from seasons 1-4 available to download, but the link is dead.

Does anyone have the subs saved? I would appreciate a .zip if anyone would be willing to share it. PM me if you can, if not we'll figure something out.

Thanks

This website might be useful, it has a ton of cartoons like Adventure Time, Spongebob, etc... They are actually dubbed instead of subtitled but I use these if the kids come in early before class or if they do really well as a treat if there is time at the end (the short larva episodes work well for the last three min of class).

I've attached a series of quizzes about adventure time episodes.

I typed the link for that naver blog exact webpage for each episode so you don't have to go trawling through the site.

I use that naver blog as well. But I like having the subtitles because then I can use high def video in my own video player, instead of the terrible video player on the blog.

Yep, some of the episodes on the site are not super quality. Whaddaya gonna do eh

I have all the subs for the first four seasons of AT subs. If you still need an episode let me know.
I used them for a summer camp, so I know most of them work.
I also have series 1-5 of Doctor Who subs. If anyone needs them, let me know.

There is another thread similar to this one. I am lazy to attach it...

Here is a link with Korean subtitles: http://blog.naver.com/ryu_wol__?Redirect=Log&logNo=177354374&jumpingVid=6E3DAED2FD7966227CB6BB16F34AC9175D92

A bit of information, episodes with Lemongrab have translated his angry scenes to contain Korean swears (존나?). In the episode titled, My Two Best Friends, Lady Rainicorn tells a story about her and Jake running naked in a farm and being chased by the farmer. I am sure there are even more things to watch out for. Just be aware :)

So you want to be real artists. It's okay. I can sell that angle. But you two have to go all the way. One of you has to lose an ear!

This is very true and a Very good point. I asked my co teacher about this considering ALL of my students know Adveture Time. When I did an Adventure Time summer camp most of them were excited because they've all seen it before. I had her watch the episodes in question, and she just meh-ed it with a shoulder shrugg.
I didn't personally need those episodes for my camp I was just curious.
Since they're only ten minutes, I just have my co teacher review the ones I was going to use first to make sure everything was in order.
As with all subtitles you got to go through them first to be sure there are no Uh-OHs along the way.
