I have been working on travel English as well with my classes the last few weeks.  But I have been mainly sticking to the airport as every person who travels has to go through all these steps.  This lesson has been pieced together from other travel lessons found throughout waygook.  It could be a good starting off point and you can get a feel from there. 
I would also cover topics of ordering in a restaurant, checking into a hotel, asking and getting directions,  tourist troubles,  fun tourist topics, and maybe some light basic etiquette tips.
