I have just finished this lesson, it is getting late but there are still a couple of days left before halloween so I think some of you may still be able to use it.
The first activity is a common activity and should be pretty self explanitory from the slide.
For the second activity I gave the students a few minutes before showing them the movie to read through the lines and try to sort it into some order (i gave them some clues about what happened). Then I asked the students to finish putting it into the correct order during and after the movie. If the students cant understand what is said in the movie, I think they should still be able to have a good go at the activity just from watching what happens in the movie.
The final activity is a horror movie game. I have played this with a range of abilities and they all love it. With lower level classes I am less strict on the rules about saying actors/characters names. I usually don't get past round one.
