Sorry to be a royal pain, but please can you repost for those of us still using slightly more archaic versions of windows? I've been teaching this kind of thing to my teacher's class and would like to revise with them. Thank you!

I think maybe they mean in PPT form, not PPTX. But that person can also visit here: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/923505/en-us to learn how to get PPTX to open/play properly.

This is a powerpoint I made for weather for elementary school. After the powerpoint I also found a awesome song on youtube. (the song was okay but the children loved it and we sang the song like a hundred times! look for 'hows the weather song' on youtube.

I also brought in articles of clothing that cooresponded to a season for a mini quiz for the students. I would say a season and they race to grab the clothing item/items that matches that season.  It got them moving so they weren't quite as resteless being inside with the nice weather outside.

This PPT involves weather and each seasonal correlation.  I found out after the fact that seasonal weather is more subjective that I thought.

A simple PPT on weather I'm using for 1st and 2nd grades....  Full disclosure:  I stole some clip art and the Korean from someone else's PPT - feel free to modify mine as well!

Thanks for the video!

Here's a power point I made to go along with the video... Click anywhere on the map to make the pins come up in order, click on the pin to show the country name, and click on the country name to go to the weather slide.  Used it to test my kids' memory after watching the video and to review the weather terms.

This is probably for a bit younger, because I use it with my 6 year olds, but they absolutely love it and sing and do the actions when I'm not even playing the song.
