Wizard of Oz
« on: January 07, 2015, 03:45:44 PM »
I found a copy of Wizard of Oz at Kyobo, cheap. Has anyone ever shown this to any of their classes? If so, how'd it go? Almost everyone in the world has heard Over the Rainbow, but I'm not sure if the Korean kids know the story.

I'm thinking of showing this to the kids on the last day of camp as their reward.

Thanks!

The older kids (5/6 grade) enjoyed overall, but didn't enjoy the songs. The younger kids (3/4 grade) really ejoyed it.

I would recommend it. It runs a little long for a 90 minute class period so start it right away. I fastforwarded through the poppy field part and skipped the intro. This brought me in at exactly the end of class time.
