guardians of the galaxy

Just wondering - has anyone tried showing guardians of the galaxy to your elementary school students? I have grades 4-6 (all boys except for one girl) for winter camp and we're doing a space themed camp, so I thought the movie would fit in well.

If not, could anyone suggest a good, age appropriate space-themed movie? Thanks!

I pretty much just googled, "Space Movies for Kids" lol

I think Guardians of the Galaxy would be most appropriate for 5th/6th grade, in my opinion

Guardians of the galaxy is overrated. Try some of the Kubric touch and show em' some real movies. Like 2001 a space odyssey.

My students loved the movie. My co teachers were very pleased to view it as well.
