Given that you've only done a few posts in 4 years (none of which are upsetting/flaming/etc and most are just '...') I assume you normally post under different account(s) ?

He was just a guy that gloated about making tens of millions of won a month and has deleted those posts from his history. Not sure why there is an apology post now. (Or why I care enough to comment on it. Slow day, I guess.  )
