Here's an intro / review PPT that reinforces the two key grammar points (Where are you from? / What grade are you in?) using cartoon / fictional characters that are popular in each of the respective countries.I also included a quick illustration of ordinals (first through sixth).I was pleasantly surprised that some of my students knew Bob the Builder and Caillou. Several even insisted that the Little Prince is from Mars / Space rather than France (which I conceded). I used ones like Chhota Bheem (India) and Monica (Brazil) as a chance to tell the students that those are universally known in their own countries (like Pororo is here). They seemed to enjoy it. Hope this is useful!

Even if it's for the first lesson, it would be greatly appreciated Apparently we won't be getting the teacher's guides until end of the week/early next week (gg daekyo). Thanks everyone! Here's lesson 1

These would be great to have for all 5 of my textbooks so I don't have to lug home those giant teacher's guides whenever I need to reference them while lesson planning.
