Lesson plan for pages 100-101.

The ppt just covers the listening questions on both the pages. We have our speaking tests next week so we're just going to review the lesson 4 speaking dialogue after we get through the book work.

I think possibly I am the last surviving waygook in Korea stuck with this book, but here you are. I do conversation zone on page 102, and then made a low-ish level Batman bomb game (using "what are you into? I'm into _______") with a template I found on this site. Happy teaching!

I only teach the phrases so I did the "What are you into these days" phrase.

Taught them the boring stuff and then created a sort of "Guess Who" game for them to practice.  They had a partner, played it by asking what the other person was into by using the phrase and then they narrowed it down to where they could ask if they were that person.  I created enough boxes for them to play three times.

Really emphasize that they need to CROSS OUT THE PEOPLE who do NOT have the interest listed and that they can never look at them again.  They also get one guess a round.  Lots of kids didn't grasp that at first.  My failure.  Also, one kid just tried guessing random people without playing.  Nope, bud... you're doing it wrong.  lol

Hello! Here's a PowerPoint going over the expressions. The kids loved the GIFS! We played human bingo where the students had to find someone in the class who was really into drawing, sports etc. They all lied to get BINGO, but they enjoyed it.

Also here's a PowerPoint explaining the Present Perfect Continuous Tense. We played jeopardy (Thanks to the user who made this template) with trivia based on this tense after.
