I teach at an all boy's school where I only do a lesson on a phrase from the chapter.

To be frank, this sentence is ridiculously simple for the end of a THIRD GRADE English book.  It's so basic it's a filler, basically.

I did the PPT that was super simple and then had them make a comic that had a surprise theme and they had to use one of the four phrases I taught them IN the comic.  They were in groups of 2 or 3 that they were able to choose.

It was simple.  I didn't know what the heck to do it was so easy.  They had fun and did it because even though I don't usually give candy, I told them that the best comic for each class would win choco pies. :)

Talk 2 is a good place to add in some slang/abbreviations that students might not necessarily use in Korea. The conversation sections in the PPT are supposed to be in a SMS style format but that was the best I could manage to do to replicating it with my limited PPT skills.

This PPT isn't tried and tested as of yet but I hope it can be of use to others or at least inspire some ideas.
