May be helpful for someone.. I did a reading and writing review lesson for lessons 1-6 to prepare my students for an exam they had.

Review of when to use capital letters, periods/full stops, and the 's possessive marker,

Team X->O GAME

Ss in pairs, 1 piece of paper. Go and read sentence stuck around the room, mark if it is O or X then 1 partner writes the correct sentence. Change writer for the next sentence. First to finish correctly is the winner.  Paper attached, sentences I printed and laminated are on slide 39.

Reading comprehension practice: Read together then Ss write down the letter of the right answer. It spells "behind" (they needed to know how to spell this for the exam): leads to final game.

Where's the Monkey? Game: Groups, choose an answer from the 4 on the screen. Write it on a mini whiteboard. Then shows the answers to see who gets what points.

Error correction wrap-up

Book Hunt for Lessons 1-4 Review. This is adapted from the Book Hunt for 1-6 Review. I just deleted reference to lessons 5 and 6.

This is a Snakes and Ladders game that I made to Review Lessons 1-2 (My co-teacher wanted to separate it).

I've added both the pdf and the PowerPoint version, so you can you use it as is or edit it to your liking. I made two different levels so that the Lower Level Students could also have a fighting chance. For convenience, I printed the levels on different coloured paper. Laminating the pages also works well so that students can write the answers right on the board with Whiteboard Markers.

This worked really well and students enjoyed it. It also incorporated Speaking, Reading and Writing in a fun way!

Hi, I downloaded a review game from a post on here but I made changes.

Such as, the "draw" slides - I hid the pictures so that they have to read and draw first and then the picture is revealed.

Also,  for the write section, instead of having them just copy what's written on the slide, I hid the English sentence and put a Korean sentence so they translate it, and write it down, then the English sentence pops up and they correct the spelling.

Thanks to the original poster.

Happy Teaching

The Korean on this is really really bad, please check it before you use it!
