I'll be the first to say this is a shitty PPT with a worksheet, just to get this day over with.

Students seem to enjoy the worksheet.. If I had time I did banana boggie, which after the worksheet (if boring) was helpful.

Banana boggie includes some phrases from Lesson 1 and also just random expressions. Some they have to answer instead of simply reading. You can always add more.

I started a sleeping elephants game for groups of 5. Students can write down what they see and groups had whiteboards to show their answers. Some answers require students to add additional words 'do, at, etc.."
