This lesson has worked well for me for different levels. start by giving a bit of background on the survey, then let the students read through the 'small pleasures'm and circle any they identify with, or any they dont understand. some (such as 'finding a tenner',  'catching up with friends') will need explanation. you can then discuss the most popular ones, the unusual ones, and give them a chance to add other 'small pleasures' not on the list. there are loads of discussion questions added to the end so theres plenty to talk about.
