Here's a card game I made for my middle school students. It works best with small classes (less than 20 students).
The idea is that the characters get stranded on a deserted island. Each round, they get a problem that they have to solve, by using an item. They roll the dice to see if they succeed or not. If they fail, they lose a life. Winner is the last team alive.
There are 5 different types of cards:
Purple: One Piece character cards (glue the skulls to the back for when they die. If you don't know OP, the characters and skulls are in the same order, i.e. skull 1 goes on character 1)
Red: single use items. Discard after use.
Green: permanent items. Can be used as many times as students like, but they need a higher roll to succeed, making them more risky.
Blue: problem cards. Draw a single card per round. (keep the "You see a ship" card out, to use in the last round.
Yellow: special cards. After two or three rounds, let each team draw one card.
I happened to have a 10-sided die, which I used for this game. If you (shockingly!) don't, you can find online dice here:

How to play:
1. Divide students into 3-4 teams. Give each team 4 purple character cards. They should put them face UP (alive).
2. Give each team two red and two green cards.
3. Tell the students they are on a deserted island. Get them to write 2-3 uses for each item (eg: knife: kill animals, cut trees to build shelter, defend themselves)
3. To start the game, draw a blue problem card and show it to all the students. Tell them they need to use one item to solve the problem. Explain that they can only use red items once. Give them a few minutes to think.
4. Then, go around the class and ask each team how they will solve the problem. After they explain, they roll the dice twice. If their number is the same or higher than the number on the item card, they succeed. If the number is lower, one of their characters dies and they turn the card face DOWN.
Example:
Teacher: *lets Minsu draw a blue card* "You see a snake."
Group 1: we use monkey. Snake eat monkey. We run away. *Roll dice*
Teacher: The monkey needs a 6. You rolled 8! Yay! The monkey is very delicious, so the snake lets you live. *teacher takes monkey (red item)*
Group 2: We use knife. We kill snake. *roll dice*
Teacher: The knife needs 12. You rolled 8. Oh, no! You try to kill the snake, but you're too slow! It bites your hand and you die! *students keep knife (green item)*
Group 2: *turns one character card face down and cries*
After a few rounds, when you see they understand the game, throw in a Yellow Card Round, before the next blue card. Each team draws one card and follows the instructions. For the "Items wash up on shore" and "pirate treasure" cards, you should still have a pile of extra red and green cards. They draw one of those. For the "fight another team" card, they play rock paper scissors.
This game was inspired by AnthonyTeacher's RPG idea in the Survivor Camp thread.
