I have built a little word guessing game and uploaded it to a free hosting site.

It's a great game to use instead of hangman. First you type in the secret word. Then you make students guess the whole word. If the letters in the guessed word are correct, they will be highlighted in yellow. I usually give a small hint before the last guess.
