It's my last day teaching today, so it's time to post this list I put together. It is in no way exhaustive, and I did not come up with most of these games, but it should be useful for people to quickly find a game. Even I use it when I want to jog my memory. It's organized by language skill (listening, reading, etc.) so simply choose a skill and pick a game! Templates can be found on waygook.

I put together something similar but it has no game explanations. Still if you are familiar with waygook materials they should sound familiar. It's a list of games that I have used so far in teaching grades 3-6.

Yes excellent list, thank you! I never thought of using the seven-up game in an English classroom, but that is a great idea. And since most of the kids stay in their seats for the game I would imagine that it keeps the class from getting too crazy. All of this stuff is great. I've used some things like the battleship template before but I'm excited to try out the rest of these many ideas as well. Thanks!
