With Thanksgiving coming up, I thought I'd make a Thanksgiving bomb game template for y'all to use.

For this game, the students have to level up their turkeys.

On the point screen, they have to choose which pie they want. The number of points that appears is the number of times you click their team's meter on the score keeping slide.

When the meter fills with one color, click the picture to its left to level up their turkey.

Continue clicking the meter to cause it to start filling with a different color.

The first team to reach the fourth level (the roast turkey) is the winner.

If nobody reaches the roast turkey, then the team that is the farthest along is the winner.

Hope your kids enjoy it.

I do intend to make one with pictures, questions, and answers based on the Thanksgiving presentation I'll be doing this week, but I know that many of you will likely want to do your own presentations which will likely have different vocabulary or different grammar points than mine. That's why I'm uploading the blank one first, so you guys can all make your own to suit your own presentations.

I might upload my presentation and my completed version of this game when I finish them tomorrow morning (I have to wait until then to double check my Korean translations with a coworker).

Unfortunately I think that depends on your version of powerpoint or the computer you're using. The animations stay when I do it on my computer, but I've had problems with some powerpoints and work computers in the past. If you can't get it to work, you can always just treat it like any other bomb game and tally the score on the board. It won't be as interesting that way, but it'll still be effective.

I'm glad you like it. I was probably a bit more pleased with myself than I should be when I figured out how to make that meter, haha.
