I got my first blog post out today - Day 1.

Really cool stuff and I love her blog-- I'm doing a digital story telling class, and I needed a frame work for grade 3,4,5 and 6.

Here's a link to my camp outline--

For last summer's reading camp, I made an alternative to the Farm-themed Roll and Color activity from Day 2: Lets Go Visiting. I made sure to use the baby version of the animals while keeping the activity the same. I left the instructions out because I think it is simple enough to explain to the student through examples.

Also, a funny video to add that the students may enjoy:

Your stuff always seems so amazing but never goes over well for me   I think my students are significantly lower level than yours (or I'm just a bad teacher  :-[) That being said, I think this will be a great camp for me to do this year!  Fingers crossed.  Thank you for all the hard work you put in as a teacher and thank you for sharing with us.  It's very generous of you!
